Refund Policy

LowCal does not accept returns. NO EXCEPTIONS. Exchanges will only be made for products that are defective, damaged or sent incorrectly. Products must be unworn and in original packaging. Request for an exchange must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out! Please verify the correct shipping address is listed BEFORE making a purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lowcal8.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email a picture of the product received along with the order number to support@lowcal8.com with a subject line "LowCal Exchange" followed by Your Order#. We will provide the next steps to return the product to receive the exchange. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
Worn items are not eligible to be exchanged. Only defective, damaged or incorrect orders. Products can only be exchanged for like item.
