The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time we promised.
- The item you received was not as described.
- The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
What Is Your Return Policy
LowCal does not accept returns. NO EXCEPTIONS. Exchanges will only be made for products that are defective, damaged or sent incorrectly. Products must be unworn and in original packaging. Request for an exchange must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out! Please verify the correct shipping address is listed BEFORE making a purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@lowcal8.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
I Received The Wrong Item
If you have received a wrong item or the item you purchased is not what you got, kindly email us at support@lowcal8.com or message our contact us team and we will be glad to assist you with the process of replacing it with the right item.
Where Should I Mail My Authorized Return?

Please NOTE that only send the return package after you have been authorized by our Support Team to do so. All shipping costs for the returned items will be paid by the customer and make sure to use tracking services when returning the item
My Order Arrived Damaged

What Do I Do If I Entered A Wrong Shipping Address?
To change your Shipping Address after placing an order, Email us at support@lowcal8.com or message our Customer Support Team within 1 Hour after placing the order. Please note that, once the order has entered production and processed and shipped, the Shipping Address can no longer be changed.
Can I Change Or Cancel An Order After I’ve Submitted It?
It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it and only if the order has not been sent to production or processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our Customer Support Team (within 1 hour) with your change/cancellation request details included. This will minimize the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.
